Upon the strong and unanimous advice and recommendation of the Physicians on our Church COVID Task Force, the following changes should be noted immediately:

  • Sunday Morning Bible Study for all ages will not meet until further notice. Streamed Adult Bible study will be offered online each week.
  • All church committee meetings will be postponed or occur virtually by Zoom or conference call.
  • No Church sponsored Children’s, Youth, or Adult gatherings should occur.
  • All Wednesday night programming, including classes and meals, should be postponed until later in the Spring.

The following church activities WILL continue and not experience any change at this time:

  • Sunday morning Worship at 10:30 will continue to be offered in person and Livestreamed. Face coverings and social distancing will continue to be mandated before and during worship on site.
  • MDO/WEE CARE will continue to meet on Tuesday/Thursdays as long as the previous adopted safety precautions are followed.
  • The Church offices will remain open during regular office hours.

In order for Worship and Sunday Morning Bible Study to continue as we have enjoyed these past few months,  MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN THE BUILDING, Sunday school classrooms, and Sanctuary. Social distancing guidelines must also be adhered to.

Worship and Sunday Morning Bible Study is so important to all of us, especially during the upcoming Advent season. Let us renew our commitment to “Love God and Love Our Neighbor” as we persevere during the COVID pandemic.
